Honey Fondue

Honey Fondue


  • 470g sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of Banksia Honey
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint, crushed

To serve:

  • Assorted fresh fruits
  • Artisan bread cubes
  • Mild flavour cheese cubes


  1. Combine the Banksia Honey  with sour cream, crushed pineapple and mint in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Serve with assorted fresh fruits, bread or cheese cubes!
