Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of Stringy Bark Honey
- 125g butter
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1 cup of plain flour
- pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150c and line baking trays with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and honey in a pan over low heat stirring until mixture bubbles.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add bicarbonate of soda with boiling water and add to mixture.
- Add coconut, flour and rolled oats into a seperate bowl.
- Pour mixture from pan into dry ingredients and stir in.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Allow to cool then enjoy!
