Tequila Honey Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2tbsp Orange Blossom Honey
• 1tbsp water
• 60ml tequila
• 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• Ice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Orange slice or Maraschino Cherries to garnish

Method:

1.  Mix Orange Blossom Honey with water to make a simple honey syrup.
2. Add tequila, honey syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
3. Pour into cocktail glass and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
4. Garnish with orange peel or cherries.
