Immune Boosting Wellness Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon Pure Peninsula Jarrah Honey
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple or chopped apple
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1 knob fresh ginger, peeled (about 5 cm of ginger) or ginger powder/paste
  • 1 knob turmeric root, peeled (about 3 cm fresh turmeric) or turmeric powder
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut water

 

Method:

  1. In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. If necessary, add in more almond milk or coconut water to thin the smoothie. Enjoy!
