Honey Spiced Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup of Iron Bark Honey
• 12 Chicken drumsticks
• 3 tbsp of Mustard
• 1/4 cup of butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp curry powder

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 190°c.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. 
3. Add the honey, mustard, salt and curry powder stirring to mix well.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Place chicken in a roasting pan or on a BBQ and coat thoroughly with honey sauce. 
6. Bake for 1 hour or until tender bastinf frequently with the honey sauce.
