Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Organic Honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 500g pork, sliced in strips
- 1 large broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 400g egg noodles
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Spring onion (optional)
Method:
- Mix the pork and cornflour. Add the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic. Marinate for 15-60 minutes.
- Add oil in a wok. Add the pork (put aside the marinade) and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove the pork once cooked.
- Add the capsicum and broccoli for 4-5 minutes. Add the pork back into the wok. Add the water and the remaining marinade and mix until well combined.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- Stir in the pepper and serve. Top with sliced spring onion.
