INGREDIENTS
- 400g pork, cut into bite size chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Pure Peninsula Leatherwood Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 piece thumb size ginger, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen mix veggies of choice
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 2 large green onions, chopped
- 3 cups precooked rice
METHOD

Add the pork, soy sauce, honey, and white pepper to a mixing bowl. Massage the meat until well coated and the mixture is combined

Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place in the pork and fry until browned and the juices thicken

Place in the onion, garlic, ginger, and veggies. Saute for a couple of minutes until the garlic is fragrant

Push the mixture to one side and add in the beaten egg. Scramble until set.

Place the rice in followed by the additional 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sesame oil

Toss until everything is well combined

Plate and garnish with the green onions
