Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Leatherwood Honey

1.5 kg chicken drumsticks

60 g butter

3 tsps. soy sauce

2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsps. grated or chopped ginger

1 chicken stock cube

1 cup water

3 tsps. cornflour

Salt and pepper
Method:

Lightly brown drumsticks, place in baking dish.

Melt butter, pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 180C for 30 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Pour sauce over chicken, return to oven. Bake uncovered a further 30-35 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.

Serve with any remaining sauce poured over.
