Honey Glazed Carrots




  1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan-forced.
  2. Slice carrots in half of leave them whole.
  3. In a bowl, toss the carrots with Pure Peninsula Local Flora Honey, garlic, butter, oil, and spices.
  4. Pour the carrots onto a baking pan and spread them out.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway. 
  6. Remove from oven and toss it with Pure Peninsula Creamed Cinnamon and serve in a dish. Garnish with thyme.
