Raspberry Yoghurt Pops


2 cups raspberries
2 tbsp Banksia Honey 
2 cups vanilla Greek yoghurt (or any flavour you like) 


1. Blend raspberries in food processor or blender on high speed until nearly liquified.
2. Pour mixture into a large bowl, stir in honey.
3. At this point you can chose to mix the yoghurt into the berry mixture completely, slightly (to make swirls), or not at all and then layer the mixture in your moulds like we have to create the half / half look.
4. Pour into your mould of choice, freeze for 2 hours, then insert a wooden popsicle stick in the middle. 
5. Freeze for additional 4-6 hours and enjoy! 

Note: run popsicle moulds under warm water to help them pop out easier
