
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Yellow Box Honey
- 125g butter
- 4 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup decicated coconut
Equipment:
- 28 x 18cm slice tin
Method:
- Line slice tin with baking paper, allowing overhang for easy removal later
- Bring honey and butter to boil in large pan for 5 mins
- Add puffed rice and coconut to pan, stir to combine
- Transfer to lined tin, press down firmly. Refrigerated for 2 hours min, slice and enjoy!
