Honey and Puffed Rice Bars


  • 3 Tbsp Yellow Box Honey 
  • 125g butter 
  • 4 cups puffed rice cereal 
  • 1/2 cup decicated coconut 


  • 28 x 18cm slice tin 


  1. Line slice tin with baking paper, allowing overhang for easy removal later
  2. Bring honey and butter to boil in large pan for 5 mins 
  3. Add puffed rice and coconut to pan, stir to combine
  4. Transfer to lined tin, press down firmly. Refrigerated for 2 hours min, slice and enjoy!
