AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup of Stringy Bark Honey
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 Large Avocado or 1 Small
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Method 

1) Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth

2) Leave to set in the fridge for 30-60 minutes

3) You can serve these in glasses, top with some fresh berries/pomegranates for an impressive dessert.
