INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 1 cup Crystalised honey (any that you have on hand)
- 1 cup coconut oil (melt it down into a liquid form)
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- In a medium sized glass bowl, add Epsom salt and Crystalised honey and mix until well combined.
- Slowly begin stirring in the coconut oil until mixture is smooth, but not goopy. (You may not need to use the full cup of oil.)
- Mix in the lemon juice.
- Store in an air tight jar.
