Our Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Ship Australia Wide?

Due to quarantine restrictions, honey cannot be shipped to WA or SA.

Is Pure Peninsula Honey pure & raw?

Yes! All our honey is 100% pure and raw. Pure Peninsula Honey is renowned for producing high quality cold extracted honey. The cold extraction process allows our honey to be a 100% raw product, preserving its natural flavour and essential nutrients.

What is crystallisation?

Pure, raw honey can naturally crystallize due to its glucose content, while the fructose remains liquid. To return it to a smooth texture, place the jar in warm water and stir gently.

Where is Pure Peninsula Honey produced?

Our honey is sourced from hives across Victoria, including Bendigo and Mildura, in areas rich with flora. It’s then brought to our farm for natural cold extraction and bottling, preserving its pure quality.

Our Part In Bee Protection

Bees are essential to our ecosystem, playing a crucial role in pollination and food production. At Pure Peninsula Honey, we prioritize ethical and sustainable beekeeping to support their survival. Our beekeepers carefully manage queen bee numbers, regularly introducing new queens to maintain healthy colonies. Through disease prevention, swarm management, and responsible hive care, we ensure our worker bees remain strong and well-nourished, keeping the cycle sustainable. By fostering thriving bee populations, we help protect the future of pollination and biodiversity.
