Honey-Lemon Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup of Yellow Box
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp chopped thyme
- 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
1) Combine all ingredients together
2) Drizzle over freshly prepared salad
