- 2 Tbsp Lemon Honey
- 8 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 250 g Cream Cheese, softened
- 500g Strawberries, sliced
- Fresh mint
- Toast the bread.
- In a bowl add Lemon Honey, cream cheese and whip.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture on the toast.
- Top with sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
