Overnight Honey Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Red Gum Honey
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk 
  • Top with any fruit, nuts or yogurt (we used figs and almonds)

 

Method:

  1. Combine Red Gum Honey, oats and milk in a container. Seal container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Add your toppings and enjoy!
