
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Local Flora Honey
- 125g butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup cranberries (chopped)
- 1 cup toasted shelled pistachios (chopped)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Melt butter with brown sugar in a pot until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir remaining ingredients into butter and sugar mixture
- Pour mixture and firmly press into a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy.
