Chocolate Honey Joys
- 2 tbsp Local Flora Honey
- 50g butter, chopped
- 225g chocolate, chopped
- 4 cups cornflakes
- 36 mini chocolate eggs
- Melt the chocolate, butter and honey until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the cornflakes and stir until fully coated.
- Line a muffin tray with 12 cupcake linings and divide the cornflake mixture. Add 3 mini chocolate eggs to each nest.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour or until set. Enjoy!
