Chocolate Fudge with Honey and Bee Pollen
- 2 tablespoons Bee Pollen
- 1/4 cup Organic Honey
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid, not melted)
- 3 teaspoons turmeric
- Process all ingredients, excluding the pollen, in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the pollen on top. Press down the pollen so they stick to the fudge.
- Refrigerate the fudge overnight or until solid. Enjoy!
