Local Flora Healthy Kids Smoothie


  • 1 teaspoon Pure Peninsula Local Flora Honey 
  • 1 cup milk or non-diary option
  • 1 small ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (such as blueberries, apple, or kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup veggies (such as kale, spinach)
  • 1-2 tablespoons avocado



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
