Local Flora Healthy Kids Smoothie
- 1 teaspoon Pure Peninsula Local Flora Honey
- 1 cup milk or non-diary option
- 1 small ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (such as blueberries, apple, or kiwi)
- 1/2 cup veggies (such as kale, spinach)
- 1-2 tablespoons avocado
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
