Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp 210+ Manuka Honey
- Juice of 1 ripe lemon
- 2.5cm/knob slice/minced or grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves slice/minced or grated
- 1 teapspoon turmeric/cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon chilli peppers
- 4 oz green tea
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and soak in the warm green tea
